Shipping Policy
By placing an order with ArtTownGifts.com, you are accepting our Shipping Policy.

When We Ship
We ship orders daily Monday through Friday, excluding major Holidays. Cut off times for order processing are identified on each products' detail page as they differ depending on the item. For example, personalized orders and made to order items require some number of days to complete before shipping.

Shipping Carriers and Methods
ArtTownGifts.com's preferred carrier is UPS, but we may also use FedEx or USPS at our discretion. For example, only USPS ships to P.O. Boxes and Military Addresses. We offer UPS and FedEx ground shipping, 2nd Day Air, Next Day Air, and in some cases, Next Day Air Saturday delivery. If you don't select a method, your order defaults to ground shipping. Please note, P.O. Boxes and Military Addresses can not be sent expedited.

Products Are Not "Bundled" for Shipping
Generally each item that you purchase from Arttowngifts.com is shipped separately. In addition to the possibility that items are coming from different locations, our shipping boxes are generally conformed specifically for the item that is being shipped. For these reasons, items ship separately.

Shipping to a Business, Hospital, Hotel, or other Non-Residential Facility
Some non-residential facilities restrict and manage deliveries to a loading dock or central receiving area. It is your responsibility to contact a business or hospital prior to shipping to it, to ensure you have the correct address and to provide instructions to them to ensure they are able to get the order to the intended recipient in a timely manner. ArtTownGifts.com is not responsible for non-delivery or late delivery within non-residential facilities. You ship to non-residential facilities at your own risk.

Shipping Guarantees
Shipping Guarantees are only offered by UPS and FedEx for expedited shipping methods, and they may suspend them at any time. For example, guarantees are always suspended during Christmas and other peak holiday seasons. ArtTownGifts.com is not responsible for the actual delivery date because delays in transit or improperly calculated transit time are out of our control. Because your shipment may be delayed, please allocate an extra 1 or 2 days for delivery. There are no refunds for delayed shipping. Carriers do not count the day of shipment, weekends or holidays as part of the shipping transit time under any method. For example, if you order Next Day Air after cut off on Friday, the order will ship Monday and arrive Tuesday.

Incorrect Address Fees
Please make certain to provide an accurate address. Carriers can refuse to reroute packages once they have been shipped and can charge as much as $30 for making an address correction. Please note it is illegal to reroute packages containing wine, champagne or beer. Almost all lost packages begin with an address issue. If your package is lost due to an incorrect address, the Carriers will not honor any replacement guarantees. Even something seemingly insignificant such as a wrong zip code or apartment number can mean the difference between the package arriving in a timely manner or being lost.

Tracking Your Order
When your item ships, you will receive an e-mail with the tracking number and a link to track your specific order. Are you missing your Shipping Tracking number or Order Confirmation email? Please check your email SPAM box. You can also track your packages, review your orders, print invoices, and more, from your My Account page if you registered when you made your purchase.

Damaged by Carrier
If your order appears to have been damaged in transit, please contact us immediately. Retain the shipping box and all packaging materials. Take photos of the damaged packaging and product damage and email to [email protected]. We will require the assistance of the recipient in filing a claim with the carrier. Melted chocolate does not qualify as damaged shipping. Chocolate is shipped at your own risk.

Lost by Carrier
We do not offer refunds for orders lost by the shipping Carriers. We will assist in filing a claim with the shipper, but it will require some assistance by the intended recipient. Please let us know immediately if the package is not received. Carriers only have a very limited time where tracers are available and claims are allowed. The Carriers' determinations are final.

Stolen/Missing Package
ArtTownGifts.com is not responsible for lost, stolen, or missing shipments after the carrier marks it as delivered and provides proof of delivery. Residential deliveries are left without signature required with the exception of orders with alcohol where signature of an adult age 21 or over is required.

Shipments to Military Addresses
There are no guarantees for orders shipped to military APO or FBO addresses including how long it will take for the package to arrive or if the package will actually be delivered to the recipient. You place these orders at your own risk. We will provide proof that the package was shipped and do everything we can to ensure delivery. Please allow plenty of time for your package to arrive. It will take at least a week and can take up to 6 weeks for delivery to a military address. Experience has shown that packages shipped to correct addresses are almost always received. But even a small error in an address can cause a package to be either delayed or lost for good. No refunds are available for shipments to Military Addresses.
