Arttowngifts.com strives for the highest level of customer satisfaction and that is why we accept *returns for the sale price of your purchase. We only ask that you notify us of a return within 7 days from the time that you receive your purchase. This requirement is so that we can pay our artists within a timely manner. If you would like to make a return, please use our Contact Us Form. You will find additional instructions for returning your purchase below.

| While we will make every effort possible to insure your satisfaction, we can not accept returns for custom orders , engraved or personalized items , commissioned works , or made-to-order-purchases . If you feel that there has been an engraving error, please use our Contact Us Form. |

| Perishable and fragile products (flowers, food, balloons, and gift baskets from our Same Day Selection) cannot be returned. These products are covered by our Arttowngifts.com Guarantee. They will only be replaced if they arrive damaged, spoiled or if the wrong gift was delivered by our mistake. Please note that the photos and descriptions for our same day gifts are only representative of the gift your recipient will receive. In case of balloons, the occasion will be the one you selected but the balloons may vary. In the case of fruit baskets, both the basket and the fruit selections will vary by area. The same is true for wine baskets. If you have a problem with a gift delivered from our Same Day Gift selections please notify us at 1 877 278.8696 (toll free) immediately upon receipt of the item before it has been disturbed or consumed so that the wrong gift can be retrieved and the correct gift delivered. Our guarantees do not apply to melted chocolate. These items are shipped at your own risk. In some cases during summer months when temperatures are high we do reserve the right to make equal value substitutions of items that are subject to melting. |

- Contact Us Form to request a return authorization. No return will be accepted without an authorization.
- It is critical that you follow the instructions in the return authorization including the return shipping address. We have different fulfillment locations so it is important that your return is sent to correct address. If you send your return any address other than the one we provide in the return authorization there will be additional charges incurred or your return maybe rejected.
- Make sure the original packaging is suitable for a safe return.
- Place the all of the contents received back into the original packaging and box.
- Be very careful to make sure that the product is safely packed as you will be held responsible for any damages occurring during the transit back to us.

| Refunds will be paid back in the same manner they were received. You can expect your refund for the product sale price to be issued within 5 business days of the date we receive the returned product. We will notify you of the status of your refund via email and or telephone as soon as the returned product is received. Refunds will not be given on any returns that have been altered, damaged, or worn. In most cases we will refund you the amount of the purchase price for the returned item. Arttowngifts will pay for the return shipping costs if the product is defective, damaged, or in the unlikely event that you received the wrong order. |

| If your purchase is defective or appears to have been damaged in transit, please use our Contact Us Form so that we can have the package and art work inspected. Please retain the shipping box and all of the original packaging materials.Please note that shippers only offer tracers and damage claims for a few days after delivery so it is critical that you inspect your package and notify us immediately of any damage. |
