Arttowngifts.com strives for the highest level of customer satisfaction and that is why we accept returns for the sale price of your purchase with certain exceptions as described below. We ask that you notify us of a return within 7 days from the time that you receive your purchase. If you would like to make a return, please Contact Us at your earliest convenience.


Return Exceptions

  • Custom and Made to Order, Personalized or Engraved Items are not Returnable. While we will make every effort possible to ensure your satisfaction, we can not accept returns for custom and made to order items such as custom wood signs. If you feel that there has been an error, please contact customer service by email.
  • Hand Delivered Items and Perishable Products cannot be returned. Perishable and fragile products such as flowers, bakery items, balloons, and gift baskets from our Same Day Delivery Selection cannot be returned. They will only be replaced if they arrive damaged, spoiled or if the wrong gift was delivered by our mistake. Please note that the photos and descriptions for our same day gifts are only representative of the gift your recipient will receive. In the case of balloons, the occasion text may vary from the photo. In the case of fruit baskets, both the basket and the fruit selections will vary by area. If you have a problem with a gift delivered from our Same Day Delivery Gift selections please notify us or call us at 1 877 278.8696 (toll free) immediately upon receipt of the item before it has been disturbed or consumed so that the wrong gift can be retrieved and the correct gift delivered.
  • Our Guarantees Do Not Apply to Melted Chocolate. Items subject to melting are shipped at your own risk. In some cases during summer months when temperatures are high we do reserve the right to make equal value substitutions of items that are subject to melting.
  • Deliveries to Military Addresses are not Guaranteed. ArtTownGifts.com is not be responsible for deliveries to military addresses. We will provide proof that the package was shipped; however we cannot offer delivery time frame or delivery guarantees on these orders. In addition USPS does not offer any guarantees. These orders are handled only as a courtesy and are at your own risk.
  • Shipping Time Frames during Holiday Periods. Shippers waive expedited delivery guarantees during peak times of holidays.
