We Charge |
Arttowngifts.com
usually calculates shipping based on the
size and weight of the item you purchase
instead of an arbitrary percentage of the
purchase amount. This way, you pay only
what it actually costs to ship your product.
If the item requires special
packaging, such as a crate, the additional
charges will also be indicated.
Shipping Selections for Gift
Baskets, Balloon
Bouquets, Candies,
Cookies, Fruit, Wine
Baskets, Cheesecake
& Dessert Cakes, Gold
Dipped Roses and Flowers are
explained on the Product Detail
page. Shipping
Selections for these items are
made as you select these products. Please
pay close attention to
your selection to insure that your package
will arrive on the date you require. Click, "When
Will My Package Arrive" by
the shipping option on the Product Detail
Page to see the current day's shipping
schedule. |

offer several shipping options from which

| For most
products the following shipping options
are available: |
- UPS 3 Day Select,
Day
Refers to Business Day
- UPS 2nd Day Air, Does
not include Saturday, Sunday or Holidays
- UPS Next Day Air,
- USPS Parcel Post, UPS
does not allow PO BOXES

Because many
of our products are made to order, contain
perishables, have alcoholic contents or
have special shipping restrictions, some
shipping options may not be available for
all purchases (View Exceptions and Custom
Orders below). Depending on the item
or items ordered, it may take several days
for your order to ship. The time period
it takes to prepare an item for shipment
can be found on the product detail page.
Different areas of the country have different
times for the last shipping pickup of the
day. So for example, if you are in California
and place an order that ships from an East
Coast Studio, your order may not make the
shipping cut off for that day depending
on the time you place your order and the
location of the Studio.
Some of our artists or suppliers add the
price of shipping to their item or restrict
the shipping selections for their product.
You will find this information explained
on the Product Details Page for these items.
If you make a shipping selection when you
select the product, shipping charges
will not be added again for the same item
when you check out. |

Multiple Shipping
Addresses |
You can save
as many ship to addresses as you would
like in your My
Account section of our website.
Once you register, our system will automatically
remember your previous "Ship To
Addresses" to save you time when
you order again. If you
are ordering Gift
Baskets, Balloon
Bouquets, Dessert
Cakes, Fruit, Wine
Baskets, Gold
Dipped Roses, Candy or Flowers,
you
can enter the multiple ship to addresses
for these items on the product page as
you select the item and write your message.
We hope to add multiple ship to addresses
for all of our products soon, but in the
meantime you will need to checkout separately
if you have more than one delivery address
for items other than the ones mentioned
above. You can always call us toll free
at 877 278-8696 to place your order. Or
if you prefer, for large orders, you can
use our handy

Please
note if you add the Shipping Address with
your Gift Message on the Product Detail
Page, the Ship To Address on your order
confirmation will default to your billing
address; however, we will use the
address listed in Order Details sections of your
confirmation e-mail. |

| Exceptions
- Large, Unusual, or Expensive Items |
| Because Arttowngifts.com
offers a wide variety of products, some
purchases maybe too expensive, large and/
or heavy to use standard shipping options.
For these instances, we will contact you
directly to arrange for special shipping
or freight arrangements and in some cases
crating. Examples include a large sculpture,
furniture, or extremely delicate items.
Certain items cannot be shipped to P.O.
boxes or military addresses (APO, FPO,
Guam, Puerto Rico and Virgin Islands).

specific details on each
product page. Some examples of Exceptions
include: |

- Fine Jewelry items over $500.00 may
not be shipped via Standard Shipping.
Please select one, two or three day.

- A Signature may be required for
more expensive items by our insurance
carrier. If this is the case with your
order, we will advise you of the requirement
in the shipping confirmation email.

- Perishable Items such as
Flowers must be shipped
by Next Day Air. During summer months, Cookies
and Candies that are subject
to heat must also be shipped using
Next Day. Some Candies and Cookies
are not available during the Months
of May through September.
- Cheesecakes must
be shipped Next Day or Two Day. They
can not be shipped on Friday unless
Saturday Delivery is used. Two Day
Delivery can only be used Monday -
Wednesday. Special cooling containers
are used to gurantee that your Cheesecake
arrives fresh.
- Specialty Dessert Cakes must
be Shipped using Next Day or Saturday
and can not be shipped on Friday unless
Saturday Delivery is selected. Special
cooling containers are used to gurantee
that your Specialty Cakes arrives fresh.

- Wine Baskets can
not be delivered to CT, KS, MD and
PA.

| When
to Expect your Purchase |
| Shipping

Purchases are Shipped Direct from the
Artist's Studio to You! |
| Our artists
take special care to insure that your packages
arrive safely. Due to the nature of our
unique relationship with our artist suppliers,
each item that you purchase from Arttowngifts.com
is shipped from the participating Artist's
Studio or our Artisans' Cottage Industry
direct to you. If your order includes purchases
from several different artisans, your items
will be shipped separately by each artist.
As a result they may have different arrival
dates and employ different shipping methods
or requirements. In any case they
will arrive in different containers. |

| Custom
Order Shipping |
| The shipping
schedule for purchases of certain Custom
Order, Made to Order, or Art Commission
products will be discussed with you and
agreed upon before we process your order
as indicated within the order details on
the product detail page. Visit our Custom
Creation Center to learn more about
having one of our talented artisans create
a work of art just for you. |

| Gift
Cards and Certificates |
| Gift cards
ship separately, free of charge, via Standard
Shipping and usually arrive within 5-8
business days. Two Business Day delivery
is available for a $10 shipping fee. Virtual
Gift Cards are e-mailed within 4 hours
of credit approval. |

| Tracking
Your Order |
| You will
receive a confirmation e-mail detailing
confirming your order. When your item actually
ships, you will receive an additional
e-mail with the tracking number and a link
to track your specific order. In some
cases if you selected Priority Mail, the
U.S. Post Office is not yet providing tracking
on all Priority Packages. |
| You can also
track your packages, review your orders,
print invoices, and more, from your My
Account page at any time but only
if you registered when you made your purchase.
Registering after the fact will not give
you access to previous orders. |

Shipping on Selected Items |
Simply look

Damage |
| If your purchase
is defective or appears to have been damaged
in transit, please contact us immediately
toll free at 877 278-8696 or by complete our contact

that we can have the package and art work
inspected. Please retain the shipping box
and all packaging materials. |

| If you ordered
a gift basket or other item where you added
the Ship To Address at the same
to your wrote your gift message, the Ship
To Address will be reflected in the Order
Details for each item purchased. |
