Notification \| Follow Procedures \| Restrictions \| Buying Art Online

Arttowngifts.com strives for the highest level of customer satisfaction and that is why we accept returns for the sale price of your purchase. We only ask that you notify us of a return within 7 days* from the time that you receive your purchase. This requirement is so that we can pay our artists within a timely manner. If you would like to make a return, please contact us via email at returns@arttowngifts.com or call us toll free at 1-877-ART-TOWN or 1-877-278-8696. You will find additional instructions for returning your purchase below. *Also please note there are exceptions to the return policy as indicated below:

Notify Us Immediately if You Encounter a Problem
If we are not notified of your intent to return or exchange your purchase within 7 days, we will pay the artist their final payment for the work of art. Prior to that time, if you are not satisfied; we will make every effort to remedy the problem.

Please Follow the notification & Other procedures
If you request a refund; we will provide you with shipping instructions so that you can ship the art back to the artist properly packaged and insured. When the artist receives their art, we will refund your purchase price (shipping fees are not refunded unless your purchase was damaged in shipping). See the Restrictions Section below for additional information. You might also find our Shipping Details and Return Policy helpful.

There are Some Restrictions
We are sorry, but this applies to purchases made within the United States and Canada only unless prior arrangements have been made. There are some restrictions of returns for custom ordered items and commissions so please read our Return Policy.

*Custom Orders, Personalized or Engraved Items and Commissioned Works of Art are not Returnable
While we will make every effort possible to insure your satisfaction, we can not accept returns for custom orders, engraved or personalized items, commissioned works , or made-to-order-purchases. To avoid problems with custom orders and commissions, we utilize a custom order and commissioned work process to give you an opportunity to clearly communicate your desires before the work is started. In addition, where applicable we provide samples and work progress updates throughout the process to make certain that we are communicating. If you feel that there has been an engraving error, please contact our customer service department by email or call 877 278-8696.

*Hand Delivered Items and Perishable Products cannot be returned.
Perishable and fragile products (flowers, food, balloons, and some gift baskets) cannot be returned. These products are covered by our Arttowngifts.com Guarantee. They will only be replaced if they arrive damaged, spoiled or if the wrong gift was delivered by our mistake.

The images used on this website cannot do justice to the fine detail and colors that the original artwork possesses. We are confident that you will be more than pleased with the quality of the final artwork you have chosen to purchase. Each artwork photo and all related details are carefully reviewed to ensure that their presentation on the website reflects the actual artwork as closely as possible. Additionally, please feel free to send any questions that you might have to our Customer Service Department, before making your purchase decision. Where possible we will provide you with additional details including actual photographs of the art work.
