Arttowngifts.com strives for the highest level of customer satisfaction and that is why we accept *returns for the sale price of your purchase. We only ask that you notify us of a return within 7 days from the time that you receive your purchase. This requirement is so that we can pay our artists within a timely manner. If you would like to make a return, please contact us at 1-877-ART-TOWN or 1-877-278-8696. You will find additional instructions for returning your purchase below.

Notify Us Immediately if You Encounter a Problem
If we are not notified of your intent to return or exchange your purchase within 7 days, we will pay the artist their final payment for the work of art. Prior to that time, if you are not satisfied; we will make every effort to remedy the problem.
Please Follow the Notification & Other procedures
If you request a refund; we will provide you with shipping instructions so that you can ship the item back to the artist properly packaged and insured. When the item is received, we will refund your purchase price (shipping fees are not refunded unless your purchase was damaged in shipping). There are Some Restrictions
We are sorry, but this applies to purchases made within the United States and Canada only unless prior arrangements have been made. Orders to other countries are made at your own risk. There are some restrictions of returns for custom ordered items and commissions so please read our Return Policy.
*Custom Orders, Personalized or Engraved Items and Commissioned Works of Art are not Returnable
While we will make every effort possible to insure your satisfaction, we can not accept returns for custom orders, engraved or personalized items, commissioned works , or made-to-order-purchases. If you feel that there has been an engraving error, please contact our customer service department by email or call 877 278-8696.
*Hand Delivered Items and Perishable Products cannot be returned.
Perishable and fragile products (flowers, food, balloons, and gift baskets from our Same Day Selection) cannot be returned. These products are covered by our Arttowngifts.com Guarantee. They will only be replaced if they arrive damaged, spoiled or if the wrong gift was delivered by our mistake. Please note that the photos and descriptions for our same day gifts are only representative of the gift your recipient will receive. In case of balloons, the occasion will be the one you selected but the balloons may vary. In the case of fruit baskets, both the basket and the fruit selections will vary by area. The same is true for wine baskets. If you have a problem with a gift delivered from our Same Day Gift selections please notify us at 1 877 278.8696 (toll free) immediately upon receipt of the item before it has been disturbed or consumed so that the wrong gift can be retrieved and the correct gift delivered. Our guarantees do not apply to melted chocolate. These items are shipped at your own risk. In some cases during summer months when temperatures are high we do reserve the right to make equal value substitutions of items that are subject to melting.
*Deliveries to Military Addresses
Arttowngifts.com will not be responsible for deliveries to military addresses. We will provide proof that the package was shipped; however we cannot offer delivery time frame or delivery guarantees on these orders. In addition the shipper, the USPS does not offer any guarantees. These orders are handled only as a courtesy and are at your own risk.
