- Complete
the shipping and message information for
that recipient.
- Click Add to Cart at the
bottom of the Page.
- Repeat the process
for the each additional item/recipient.
- When you
are ready to checkout, just leave
the "Ship To Address" the same
as your
"Billing Address". Or, if you
have selected another item from
a different department that
you would like to send to another address
other than the billing address, just enter
that shipping address during
checkout. The system will calculate the
shipping price for that item only. You
can also add a gift message to the additional
item during checkout by checking "Show
gift options during checkout.

Most orders placed before the shipping cutoff
on a Business Day (Monday through Friday, excluding
holidays) and addressed to a non
military street address
are shipped the same day. Special
shipping circumstances apply for P
O Boxes, APO & FPO addresses.
Not all items can be shipped to Canadian
recipients. Candy, Cheesecakes and Specialty
Dessert Cakes, Cookies, Chocolate,
Flowers, Fruit and Nuts have
limited shipping options detailed below and outlined
on the specific Product Detail Page. Some states
restrict the shipment of products containing
alcohol. See Alcoholic Items. Same
Day Delivery is available for our Emergency

3 - 5 Business Day Global Express
- Your item should arrive within 4-6
business days after the
date of your order. Shipping to Canada
is not available for all items including
Fruit, Candy, Cookies, and Nuts. There
are size, weight and content restrictions
which prevent us from shipping some items
into Canada. You will
see this Canada shipping method in the
Shipping Selection section drop-down if
it is available.
- Canada
5 - 10 Business Day Airmail Parcel Post
- Your item should arrive within 6-11
business days after the
date of your order. Shipping to Canada
is not available for all items including
Fruit, Candy, Cookies, and Nuts. There
are size, weight and content restrictions
which prevent us from shipping some items into Canada. You will see this Canada shipping method in the
Shipping Selection section drop-down if it is available.

not allow us to ship products containing alcohol. |

- Alcohol can only be shipped to

Alaska, California, Colorado, Connecticut, Georgia,
Hawaii, Idaho, Illinois, Iowa, Louisiana, Missouri,
Minnesota, Montana, Nebraska, Nevada, New Hampshire,

Washington DC and West Virginia, Wisconsin and

- The recipient, by law, must be at least
21 years of age, with proof of age.
- Wine
shipments cannot be left without a signature.
- Baskets containing Alcohol can be hand
delivered in most states except Connecticut,

hard candy substituted for the chocolate

Hospital
Deliveries -
Please include
recipient's room number, and ensure before
ordering that recipient is not scheduled
for discharge within the window of delivery.
In most cases it is better to send your gift
once they return home. In hospitals, shipped
gifts go to a central receiving area and
are then routed to the patient's room. UPS
charges a $20 re-routing fee if
your package is refused because the patient has
been discharged or the package has to be delivered
to a different address. We can not guarantee
these deliveries.
Funeral
Home Delivery
& Time Sensitive Deliveries -
Be sure that the delivery method you choose provides
enough time for your order to arrive. Include
the name of the funeral home and the deceased.
UPS charges a $20 re-routing fee if
your package has to be delivered to a different
address and it will cause an additional delay
in the time it takes for your order to arrive. |

& Specialty Dessert Cakes Stay Cool |
| Our shipping containers are state of the art! |
| Our custom
designed inner-shipping container completely
surrounds the cheesecake with two inches of Styrofoam
insulation. A frozen gel pack is placed inside
the packaging underneath each cheesecake to keep
it cold. The outer shipping container is a corrugated
box for added strength and protection. This keeps
the cold in and the heat out! All cakes are shipped
fully frozen. Our packaging can actually keep
our products cold for over 3 days. By limiting
shipping to Overnight and 2 day, we can insure
that your dessert will arrive both fresh and
tasty. |

| We offer Overnight and 2nd Day
delivery on our Cheesecakes. Dessert Cakes are
only shipped Overnight to insure freshness. Saturday
Delivery is available. There is no Monday delivery
so orders received after the shipping cut off
on Thursday are shipped on Monday. Again this
restriction is so that we can insure quality.
Delivery to Alaska and Hawaii is also available.
