How do I create an account?
  1) Click the "Register" part of the My Account / Register link at the bottom of our home page.
2) Enter your email address a password and your address as prompted.

Your information is NEVER sold to any other company and is kept completely private. Please view our Privacy Policy for more information. Please note if you have already placed orders using the guest checkout feature you will not have access to those orders through this new account.
How do I edit my account information?
  Log in to your account at the bottom of the home page and make changes needed.
How much is my shipping?
  For all shipments to the US, shipping cost is provided prior to submitting your payment information. The shipping cost is based on the shipping method you select, the destination of the order, and the size and weight of the order. ArtTownGifts.com offers ground shipping, 2nd Day Air and Next Day Air shipping methods. If you don't select a method, the order defaults to ground shipping. For cost of shipments to Canada, please contact us, as our system can not calculate Canadian shipping cost.
I forgot my password.
  Click the "My Account" part of My Account / Register at the bottom of the home page. Under the login box you'll see a link that says "Forgot your password? Click here". That link will send an email to you with your password. Please note if you used guest checkout to place an order you will not have account or a password. Setting up an account after the fact will not associate previous orders with an account you create after you placed an order.
How do I return my product?
 

To return an item or order, please contact us at [email protected].

I received the wrong product.
  If you feel that you have received the wrong product, please contact customer service immediately. It is critical that we are notified as soon as the delivery is made.
What is your return policy?
 
To return an item or order, please contact us at [email protected]. If a shelf-stable item purchase is returned to us new and in original packaging within 15 days of delivery, we will offer a store credit for your order total less our costs for shipping and handling each way. However, please be mindful of the following details regarding returns:

Return Policy for Cancelled Orders
An order cannot be cancelled once it has been shipped. If you decide to cancel after shipment, our standard return policy applies.

Return Policy for Undeliverable Items
If an order is returned to us marked as “undeliverable” we cannot offer a store credit. It is your responsibility to provide an address that is deliverable. Unfortunately, our products are unable to be resold after they are sent back to us.

Return Policy for Customized Orders
Customized orders are not returnable. However, if we have made an error or there is a defect, we will happily replace with a new item.

Return Policy for Made to Order Bakery Products
You must notify us within 1 business day of receipt of bakery items if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase. Please note that we cannot be responsible for delivery address errors that cause delayed arrival.

Return Policy for Damaged or Products with Errors
If a product arrives damaged, with a customization error we made, or with items missing, please notify us within 7 days for a replacement. Retain the shipping box and all original packaging materials as carriers need pictures for claims. Please keep in mind that missing items may have been substituted.

Return Policy for Damaged Packaging
If your purchase appears to have been damaged in transit, please retain the shipping box and all of the original packaging materials as claims to carriers require inspection of packaging. Please note that carriers only offer tracers and damage claims for a few days after delivery so it is critical that you inspect your package and notify us immediately of any damage.

Substitution Policy
For a variety of reasons, we will occasionally run out of a specific item. While this situation does not occur often, we reserve the right to substitute an item of equal or greater value in our product.
