While it's a little premature to review the actual gift, having ordered it to be delivered next week, I'd like to review the customer service I've had so far.
Ordering gifts from abroad can be difficult. In my case, browser problems meant I couldn't even find an option for billing from abroad. However, ArtTown assured me it was there and then walked me through the process, and made sure I knew how to set up an order a couple of weeks ahead. They were really helpful, friendly, and courteous - and they answered my emails almost immediately.
If the gift crate is as good as the customer service, I'll be impressed.
