Monogrammed FormatPlease keep in mind that monograms are normally done left from right using the first, last, middle (or maiden) initial format. We will keep the initials in the exact order as you entered.
Changes and Return Policy for Personalized, Monogrammed or Engraved ItemsPlease review your personalization and order details before submitting your order. Check spelling, dates and names carefully. We are not able to accept cancellations or changes to orders once they are placed. Understandably, personalized items cannot be replaced unless there is a manufacturing error or product defect. When your package arrives please open it immediately to make sure that the personalization matches your order details. We will not cover additional costs caused by a delay to open the package. If you are planning to order a large quantity, please order a sample item first. If your item arrives damaged, please keep all packaging materials and contact us immediately. Shippers only pay for damage for a very short time frame and the packaging has to be available for inspection. Notification of defects or shipping damage must be made within 7 days of receipt.
