Customer service responds to emails quickly and until issues are resolved. I ordered two framed pictures for my boys and sent them to two separate addresses. One arrived perfectly and one arrived with broken glass. I mention the two separate orders to show that they package well, one was just a fluke. They promptly took care of the issue and made it right...painlessly. I will certainly be a repeat customer.
