How do I buy/redeem a gift certificate?
	To purchase a gift certificate for someone, click here. If you are the recipient of a gift certificate and would like to redeem your gift certificate, click here.
How do I find my product?
	To find the product(s) you're looking for, you may (1) use the navigation menus on the top, of our website. (2) type a keyword into the SEARCH box. (3) type the product number into the SEARCH box. The Main Menu for each category drops down automatically to reveal the products within that department. Just you move your mouse over a Main Menu item for a moment(hover). You will see the additional selections. To proceed, just click the desired menu. To find out more ways to navigate the site, Click the "Navigating the Site". If you have any trouble locating a product, feel free to contact customer service for assistance.
How do I navigate the site?
	To navigate this website, simply click on a menu category you might be interested in. Menu categories are located on the top and bottom of all pages and on the left on main Gateway pages. QUICK TIP: Place your mouse cursor over anything you think could be a clickable link. You'll notice that anytime you scroll over something that is a link, your mouse cursor will become a "hand". Whereas scrolling over anything that is NOT a link will leave your cursor as an "arrow". Also when you pause over one of these "links," a preview headline of the page will appear. You may also type a keyword into the SEARCH box to quickly find a specific product.To learn more about Navigating the Site such as how to find your favorite artist or town, Click the "Navigating the Site". How do I use a coupon?
	After adding items to your cart, click the "View Cart" link at the top of this site to view your cart. At the bottom of the shopping cart you'll see a box where you may enter your coupon code.
How do I add Multiple "Ship To" Destinations?
	You can save as many ship to addresses as you would like in your My Account. Once you register, our software will automatically remember your previous ship to addresses to save you time when you order again. If you need to ship to multiple destinations, you will need to place each order separately. We apologize for this inconvenience and hope to add one order multiple ship to addresses as a feature soon. You can always call us toll free at 877 278-8696 to place your order if you prefer. Quick Tip: Add the items for your other orders to your Wish List or Print your Shopping Cart and then find your items again by entering the product # in the search box.
