| How We Charge |
|
Shipping is
automatically calculated prior to submitting
your payment information.
Simply add items to your cart and proceed to
the Checkout page where you will be offered
Shipping Method choices and their prices.Arttowngifts.com
calculates shipping based on the size
and weight of the item you purchase instead
of an arbitrary percentage of the purchase
amount. This way, you pay only what it actually
costs to ship your product. In some cases Shipping
and handling charges, and shipping time frames,
are shown for specific items on the product
detail page as options. If the item requires
special packaging, such as a crate, the additional
charges will also be indicated.
Shipping Selections for Gift
Baskets, Candies, Gourmet Foods and Flowers are explained on each specific Product
Detail page and Shipping Selection for these
products is actually made as you select these
products so do not be alarmed when the price increases when you click add to cart as the system is automatically adding shipping costs at this time in the process instead of later. You will only be charged once for shipping. Please pay close attention to your
selection to insure that your package arrives
on the date you require. See Exceptions below
for more details.

Because many of
our orders are custom or made to order, some
of these options may not be available on all
purchases (View Exceptions and Custom
Orders below).
Depending on the item or items ordered, it may
take several days for your order to ship. Please
keep this fact in mind when selecting your shipping
method. The time period it takes to prepare an
item for shipment from a specific artist's
studio can be found on the product detail page.
Please keep in mind that different areas of the
country have different times for the last shipping
pickup of the day. So for example, if
you are in California and place an order shipping
from an East Coast Studio, your order may not
make the shipping cut off for that day depending
on the time you place your order and the location
of the Studio.
Some
of our artists and suppliers add the price of
shipping to their item. You will
find this information explained on the Product
Details Page for the item. Shipping charges
will not be added again for the same item. |

offers International Shipping through UPS Worldwide
Express. |
For orders going to Canada, UPS Worldwide
Express will guarantee next day delivery. UPS Worldwide Express will also
guarantee delivery to more than 215 countries worldwide and guarantees
second day delivery to more than 1,000 cities across Europe. View
the list of countries currently served. Remember to keep in mind that some orders
may not ship for several days due to the nature of our business. In addition,
your item will not be shipped until we have received payment in full.
International
orders may be subject to customs fees, import taxes, duties, or other
fees imposed by the destination country's government. Arttowngifts.com does
not charge these fees, and in most cases we have no advance knowledge
of or control over the amount of the fees. All such fees are the responsibility
of the purchaser and are not included in the shipping charges quoted to
you unless specifically detailed on your order confirmation e-mail. Please
contact your customs office for information about additional fees that
may apply.
If
you refuse delivery on a package; you are responsible for the return shipping
costs, as well as any outstanding duties, fees, tariffs or taxes. |

Multiple Shipping
Addresses
|
| You can save as
many ship to addresses as you would like in your My
Account. Once you
register, our system will automatically remember
your previous ship to addresses to save you time
when you order again. If you need to ship to
multiple destinations, you will need to place
each order separately unless you are ordering Gift
Baskets,
Gold Dipped Roses, Candy or Flowers.
You can enter the multiple ship to addresses
for these items on the product page as you select
the item and write your message or add the engraving
information you desire. You can always call us toll free at 877
278-8696 to place your order. Or if you prefer,
you can download and use our handy
excel order form. Please note if you add
the Shipping Address as you select the item and
write the gift message, your Ship To Address
on your order confirmation will default to your
billing address. You can find the shipping address for each gift you ordered in the Order
Details which is located further down the page of the Order Confirmation Email. |

| Exceptions
- Large, Unusual, or Expensive Items |
| Because Arttowngifts.com offers a wide variety
of products, some purchases maybe too expensive, large and/ or heavy to
use standard shipping options. For these instances, we will contact
you directly to arrange for special shipping or freight arrangements and
in some cases crating. Examples include a large sculpture,
furniture, or extremely delicate items. Certain items cannot be shipped
to P.O. boxes or military addresses (APO, FPO, Guam, Puerto Rico and Virgin
Islands). For more information, please check the specific Availability details on the product page. |

- Fine Jewelry items
over $500.00 may
not be shipped via Standard Shipping. Please
select one, two or three day.

- A Signature may be required for more
expensive items by our insurance carrier. If this is the case with your
order, we will advise you of the requirement in the shipping confirmation

schedules listed below are for deliveries to
street address within the Continental United
States.
Deliveries to Military Bases
and P O Boxes may require up to three extra business
days since the last leg of the journey must be
completed by the U.S. Postal Service. There may
be a small extra charge for this service. We
will contact you for permission if we need to
add this amount to your purchase. Please make sure to provide a working phone number with your billing address. |

Expect your Purchase |

on the artist's schedule. You will also find

shipping methods and payment arrangements there

are Shipped Direct from the Artist's Studio to You! |
| Our artists take special care to insure that
your packages arrive safely. Due to the nature of our unique relationship
with our artist suppliers, each item that you purchase from Arttowngifts.com
is shipped from the participating Artist's Studio direct to you. If your
order includes purchases from several different artisans, your items will
be shipped separately by each artist. As a result they may have different
arrival dates and employ different shipping methods or requirements. |

| Custom
Order Shipping |
| The shipping schedule for purchases of certain
Custom Order, Made to Order, or Art Commission products will be discussed
with you and agreed upon before we process your order as indicated within
the order details on the product detail page. Visit our Custom
Creation Center to learn more about having one of our talented artisans
create a work of art just for you. |

| Gift Cards and Certificates |
| Gift cards ship separately, free of charge,
via Standard Shipping and usually arrive within 5-8 business days. Two
Business Day delivery is available for a $10 shipping fee. Virtual Gift
Cards are e-mailed within 4 hours of credit approval. |

| Tracking
Your Order |
| You will receive
a confirmation e-mail detailing the approximate
date your purchase is scheduled to ship shortly
after you place an order. When your item actually
ships, you will receive an additional
e-mail with the tracking number and a link to
track your specific order. In some cases if you
selected Priority Mail, the U.S. Post Office
is not yet providing tracking on all Priority
Packages. If we are able to obtain
the tracking information we will provide it to
you. |
For UPS or the
U.S. Post Office shipments, please use the direct
links provided in the e-mail or you may use the
links below to access the respective shippers'
web sites. Please consult your shipping confirmation
e-mail for specific tracking instructions for
purchases shipped by freight, trucking or art
shipping companies. You can also track your packages,
review your orders, print invoices, and more,
from your My

Shipping and you meet the requirements as indicated, your order

| Changing Your Order |
If you change your mind within a VERY short time after
you submit your order, you may edit your order until
we start processing. This is true only if you created a password. If you did not create a password you must call 877 278-8696. If you created an account, then follow this procedure:

- Click the My
Account link at
the top right hand side of our site to
view orders you have placed. Then click
the Change
quantities Cancel Orders link
to find and edit your order.
- If we have already started processing your
order you will not be able to your order.
- If your order has already been shipped,
you may simply return it to us as long as you
notify us within the 7 day return period unless it does not qualify for returns. See: Order
Return Limitation. Some shipping fees may
apply. Arttowngifts.com is not responsible for shipping fees going or coming for returns unless we have made a an error or the gift was damaged in shipping.
- NOTE: Since Arttowngifts.com provides both same day deliveries and same day shipping we must processes orders almost immediately during business hours. If you want to make a change time please notify us immediately! Once your order has processed we can not make a change.

| Shipping Damage |
| If your purchase is defective or appears
to have been damaged in transit, please contact us immediately toll free
at 877 278-8696 or by e-mail so that we can have the package and art work
inspected. Please retain the shipping box and all packaging materials. |

| My Ship To Address
Looks Wrong |
| If you ordered
a gift basket or other item where you added the
Ship To Address at the same to your wrote your
gift message, the Ship To Address will
be reflected in the Order Details for
each item purchased. The system just automatically
defaults to the Bill To Address because there
could be several Ship To Addresses on one order
if you purchased more than one item. |
