| How
to Order for More than one Recipient Address |
| These directions
apply to Gift Baskets, Candy, 14Kt Dipped Gold
Roses and Flowers only. |

- Simply select
the first gift basket or other item in this
group that you would like to send.
- Complete
the shipping and message information for
that recipient.
- Click Add to Cart at the
bottom of the Page.
- Repeat the process
for the each additional item/recipient.
- When you
are ready to checkout, just leave
the "Ship To Address" the same
as your
"Billing Address". Or, if you
have selected another item from
a different department that
you would like to send to another address
other than the billing address, just enter
that shipping address during
checkout. The system will calculate the
shipping price for that item only. You
can also add a gift message to the additional
item during checkout by checking "Show
gift options during checkout.

offers several shipping options for our gourmet
product line to meet your gift giving needs.
Most orders placed before 12:30 pm EST on a Business
Day (Monday through Friday, excluding holidays)
and addressed to a non
military street address
are shipped the same day. Special
shipping circumstances apply for P
O Boxes, APO & FPO addresses.
Not all items can be shipped to Canadian
recipients. Candy, Cookies, Chocolate,
Flowers, Fruit and Nuts have
limited shipping options. Some states restrict
the shipment of products containing alcohol.

- Next Business Day Air -
If you order before the shipping cutoff and
request delivery within the continental United
States, your item should arrive on the next
business day after the date of your order.
- Second
Business Day Air - If you order
before the shipping cutoff and request delivery
within the continental United States, your
item should arrive on the
second business day after
the date of your order.
- 2 -3 Business Day Express -
If you order before the shipping cutoff and
request delivery within the continental United
States, your item should arrive
within 2-3
business days after the
date of your order.
- Ground 3 - 5 Business Day -
If you order before the shipping cutoff and
request delivery within the continental United
States, your item should arrive within 2-5
business days after the
date of your order.
- Saturday Delivery -
If you order before the shipping cutoff on
Friday and request delivery within the continental
United States, your item will be delivered
on Saturday. This method
is available for a limited group of products
only. You will see it in the Shipping
Selection section if it is available. If
it is not in the Shipping Selection Drop
Down, it is not available for the item.
- Canada
3 - 5 Business Day Global Express
- Your item should arrive within 4-6
business days after the
date of your order. Shipping to Canada
is not available for all items including
Fruit, Candy, Cookies, and Nuts. There
are size, weight and content restrictions
which prevent us from shipping some items
into Canada. You will
see this Canada shipping method in the
Shipping Selection section drop-down if
it is available.
- Canada
5 - 10 Business Day Airmail Parcel Post
- Your item should arrive within 6-11
business days after the
date of your order. Shipping to Canada
is not available for all items including
Fruit, Candy, Cookies, and Nuts. There
are size, weight and content restrictions
which prevent us from shipping some items
into Canada. You will
see this Canada shipping method in the
Shipping Selection section drop-down if
it is available.

| Alcoholic Items - Some states do
not allow us to ship products containing alcohol. |

- Alcohol can only be shipped to
the following states:
Alaska, California, Colorado, Connecticut, Georgia,
Hawaii, Idaho, Illinois, Iowa, Louisiana, Missouri,
Minnesota, Montana, Nebraska, Nevada, New Hampshire,
New Mexico, North Dakota, Oregon, Virginia, Washington,
Washington DC and West Virginia, Wisconsin and
Wyoming.
- The recipient, by law, must be at least
21 years of age, with proof of age.
- Wine
shipments cannot be left without a signature.

Two shipping methods are available for our
Candy Boutiques. |

- Candy Boutiques can not be
sent to Canada, P O Boxes or Military APO & FPO
Addresses.
- Our regular shipping methods are available
for boxed candy.

| Chocolate Gifts -
There are restrictions for shipping during
warmer months. |

- Beginning May 15th all chocolate gifts
will only be available for shipping via Next
Day Air.
- Ice packs and heat sensitive packaging
will be used where possible.
- No damage claims will be paid for packages
left outside by UPS since UPS does not guarantee
perishable goods.
- Gift baskets
which contain chocolate components will have
hard candy substituted for the chocolate
items that are susceptible to heat.

fruit gifts have shipping restrictions to insure
that they arrive fresh. |

- Fruit orders placed on Friday for

items (those over a certain size or
weight or containing perishable food items) can
not be shipped due to restrictions beyond our
control. We will contact you if there
are any restrictions relating to your selection. |

In some cases the charges
will be less. We will adjust
your charge to reflect the reduction. For
rare addresses, the charges are actually higher.
We will call you to discuss any additional fees. |

It will be less expensive
to you and your package will arrive faster if
you can provide us with a street address since
there is a charge to cover the additional
cost required to ship to a P O. Box. |
| At the present time we
have no way to track or guarantee the arrival
date on shipments to P O Boxes, APO and FPO addresses
addresses. |

Hospital
Deliveries -
Please include
recipient's room number, and ensure before
ordering that recipient is not scheduled
for discharge within the window of delivery.
In most cases it is better to send your gift
once they return home. In hospitals, shipped
gifts go to a central receiving area and
are then routed to the patient's room. UPS
charges a $20 re-routing fee if
your package is refused because the patient has
been discharged or the package has to be delivered
to a different address. We can not guarantee
these deliveries.
Funeral
Home Delivery
& Time Sensitive Deliveries -
Be sure that the delivery method you choose provides
enough time for your order to arrive. Include
the name of the funeral home and the deceased.
UPS charges a $20 re-routing fee if
your package has to be delivered to a different
address and it will cause an additional delay
in the time it takes for your order to arrive. |
