If you order on Friday, you must select Saturday Delivery or the gift should be held and shipped on Monday to avoid having your gift possibly sit in a shipper's warehouse without air conditioning throughout the weekend. Very pleased with the bouquet , was bigger than I thought. It was packaged well and I had arranged for it to be delivered on Valentine's Day , the company worked with me and was delivered as planned !! Excellent customer service & very professional !! Would recommend to anyone that is looking for something different beside the same old thing :) Will be ordering again !!! THANKS A BUNCH
