Select A Payment Option to Meet Your Needs

Arttowngifts.com offers a variety of convenient payment methods and extended payment plans for higher ticket items with a purchase price over $5,000. During the checkout process you may choose any of our current payment options and continue to place your order. Please note that in most cases, we will not ship your order until we receive the full payment from you.

Extended PAYMENT PLAN OPTIONS for "Pre-Made" Artwork
A payment plan is offered for selected "Pre-made" artwork that is over $5,000 US Dollars.

The availability a of payment plan is established by the artist on a product by product bases. You will see the banner to the right when a payment plan option is available.
Extended Payment Banner
We request 60% down at the time of the order. Final payment is required before shipping. To select the Extended Payment Plan for qualified purchases (above $2000 and with the banner), simply click the Extended Payment Plan option during the check out process. We will contact you for any additional information required. Credit cards can still be used. An invoice will be emailed for the first payment and then scheduled for those after. Electronic check payments can also be used to make the extended payments. Cancellation fees will apply.

Custom Order Payment Schedule
Our custom order payment schedule varies depending on the time frame required to complete the project. We will discuss the details with you as we define the order parameters. In general, here is an example of a typical schedule for a mid range ticket item:
  • 30% down at the time the project is contracted
  • 30% when the project is at 60% completion
  • 30% immediately before the project is shipped
  • 10% upon acceptance
Progress reports will be provided with each invoice amount.

Payments Methods
Refunds
Refunds will be paid back in the same manner they were received. You can expect your refund for the product sale price to be issued within 5 business days of the date we receive the returned product. We will notify you of the status of your refund via email and or telephone as soon as the returned product is received. Refunds will not be given on any returns that have been altered, damaged, or worn. In most cases we will refund you the amount of purchase price for the returned item. Arttowngifts will pay for the return shipping costs if the product is defective, damaged, or you received the wrong order.

If your purchase is defective or appears to have been damaged in transit, please contact us immediately toll free at 877 278-8696 so that we can have the package and art work inspected. Please retain the shipping box and all packaging materials.
