| How to Order for More than one Recipient Address |
| These directions apply to Gift Baskets, Cookies, Candy, Cheesecakes and Flowers only. |
- Select the first gift that you would like to send.
- Complete shipping and message information for that recipient.
- Click Add to Cart at the bottom of the Page.
- Select your next gift and repeat the process for the each additional item/recipient.
- When you are ready to checkout, just leave the "Ship To Address" the same as your "Billing Address".

| Fruit Shipping Time Restrictions |
| So that fruit arrives in peak condition, it cannot spend more than 3 days in transit or sit all weekend at the UPS facility. So please see guidelines below on when your gift will be shipped and delivered. |
- Orders placed after 2:00 PM EST Thursday thru Sunday and Monday prior to 2:00 PM EST will ship on Monday.
[Shipping options are 3 Bus Day, 2 Bus Day or Next Bus Day service and ground to selected zones.] - Orders placed after Monday’s deadline and before 2:00 PM EST Tuesday will ship on Tuesday.

| Chocolate Gifts - There are restrictions for shipping during warmer months. |
- Beginning May 15th all chocolate gifts will only be available for shipping via Next Day Air.
- No damage claims will be paid for packages left outside by UPS since UPS does not guarantee perishable goods.
- Gift baskets which contain chocolate components will have hard candy substituted for the chocolate items that are susceptible to heat.

Hospital Deliveries - Please include recipient’s room number, and ensure before ordering that recipient is not scheduled for discharge within the window of delivery. In most cases it is better to send your gift once they return home. In hospitals, shipped gifts go to a central receiving area and are then routed to the patient’s room. UPS charges a $20 re-routing fee if your package is refused because the patient has been discharged or the package has to be delivered to a different address. We can not guarantee these deliveries. Unfortunately once a package is delivered to the hospital it is often impossible to retrieve them and send them on to the patient’s home. Arttowngifts.com can not guarantee these deliveries.
Funeral Home Delivery & Time Sensitive Deliveries - Be sure that the delivery method you choose provides enough time for your order to arrive. Include the name of the funeral home and the deceased. UPS charges a $20 re-routing fee if your package has to be delivered to a different address and it will cause an additional delay in the time it takes for your order to arrive. |
