First, the apron is fantastic! The recipient of the gift just loved it. Secondly, your customer service was above excellent. I needed my item delivered in 2 days as a Christmas gift, and paid for the 2 day shipping. However, there was a mix up and it wasn't going to come until after Christmas. Your customer service department didn't even have to wait for me to ask - they just automatically refunded all shipping costs! Just fantastic! Keep up the great work. I will certainly order from you in the future.
