- Select the first gift that you would like to send.
- Complete shipping and message information for that recipient.
- Click Add to Cart at the bottom of the Page.
- Select your next gift and repeat the process for the each additional item/recipient.
- When you are ready to checkout, just leave the "Ship To Address" the same as your "Billing Address".

- Express Mail 1 - 2 Day Air - If you order before the shipping cutoff and request delivery within the continental United States, most orders will arrive the next postal business day (Mon thru Sat excluding holidays) after the date of your order. Some addresses require an additional day.
- 2 -3 Priority Mail - If you order before the shipping cutoff and request delivery within the continental United States, most orders will arrive within 2 postal business days (Mon thru Sat excluding holidays) after the date of your order. Some addresses require an additional day.
- Ground 3 - 5 Business Day - If you order before the shipping cutoff and request delivery within the continental United States, your item should arrive within 2-5 business days (Mon thru Fri excluding holidays) after the date of your order.
- Canada 6 - 11 Business Day - Your item should arrive within 6-11 business days after the date of your order. Shipping to Canada is not available for all items. You will see Canada shipping method in the Shipping Selection section drop-down if it is available.

- The recipient, by law, must be at least 21 years of age, with proof of age.
- Wine shipments cannot be left without a signature.

| Chocolate Gifts - There are restrictions for shipping during warmer months. |
- Beginning May 15th all chocolate gifts will only be available for shipping via Next Day Air.
- No damage claims will be paid for packages left outside by UPS since UPS does not guarantee perishable goods.
- Gift baskets which contain chocolate components will have hard candy substituted for the chocolate items that are susceptible to heat.

Hospital Deliveries - Please include recipient’s room number, and ensure before ordering that recipient is not scheduled for discharge within the window of delivery. In most cases it is better to send your gift once they return home. In hospitals, shipped gifts go to a central receiving area and are then routed to the patient’s room. UPS charges a $20 re-routing fee if your package is refused because the patient has been discharged or the package has to be delivered to a different address. We can not guarantee these deliveries. Unfortunately once a package is delivered to the hospital it is often impossible to retrieve them and send them on to the patient’s home. Arttowngifts.com can not guarantee these deliveries.
Funeral Home Delivery & Time Sensitive Deliveries - Be sure that the delivery method you choose provides enough time for your order to arrive. Include the name of the funeral home and the deceased. UPS charges a $20 re-routing fee if your package has to be delivered to a different address and it will cause an additional delay in the time it takes for your order to arrive. |
