Part
time Bookkeeper Position Available
Perform routine bookkeeping
functions using QuickBooks. Duties include posting
sales receipts and updating account payable records.
Manage a small payroll. Determine vendor payments.
Monitor returns and refunds. Maintain company bank
accounts and bank reconciliations. Experienced candidate
will also produce financial reports, implement control
systems and daily check out procedures and assume other
responsibilities as needed. Requirements include fundamental
knowledge and understanding of bookkeeping and chart
of accounts. Must be a proficient PC user. Familiarity
with internet is helpful. Should be experienced in
any computerized bookkeeping system. Also, should have
good understanding of spread sheets and preferably
graphical spreadsheets. Prior experience with "QuickBooks" accounting
systems a plus. Should enjoy detail and be very organized.

for support and construction of software applications
for our ecommerce site. Join our growing ecommerce
startup. You will develop innovative and effective
solutions to diverse and complex business problems.
Research, learn and adopt new online solutions for
our ecommerce offering. Projects will range from tweaking
templates to enhancing site functionality to implementing
and integrating other systems and platforms including
order processing and fulfillment, vendor product feeds,
web analytics, site search, content management etc.
Candidate requirements:
- Advanced knowledge
of HTML, CSS, Javascript, XML Knowledge
of a server side scripting language (ASP,
JSP, PHP, etc)
- Deep understanding
of database fundamentals and SQL programming
experience
- Experience with
hosted ecommerce software a plus

commission ranging between 10 - 15% or
more depending on the item and the sales

For now, this is a straight commission
position with payment made on collected
