    Arttowngifts.com offers several shipping options for our Bodega Chocolates. Most orders placed before 1:00 pm EST on a Business Day (Monday through Thursday, excluding holidays) are shipped the same day. In most cases orders placed after the deadline on Thursday will not ship until Monday unless Saturday delivery is requested and the additional UPS charge is paid for Saturday delivery. Unfortunately Saturday delivery is not available to all addresses.
      The following shipping methods are available for Bodega Chocolates during winter months and in cooler climates:
    (In Warm Climates & During Summer, please select 2nd Day or Next Day Shipping Methods Only)
    • Next Business Day Air - If you order before the shipping cutoff and request delivery within the continental United States, your item should arrive on the next business day after the date of your order.

    • Second Business Day Air - If you order before the shipping cutoff and request delivery within the continental United States, your item should arrive on the second business day after the date of your order.

    • 2 -3 Business Day Express - If you order before the shipping cutoff and request delivery within the continental United States, your item should arrive within 2-3 business days after the date of your order.

    • Ground 3 - 5 Business Day - If you order before the shipping cutoff and request delivery within the continental United States, your item should arrive within 2-5 business days after the date of your order.


    • Saturday Delivery - If you order before the shipping cutoff on Friday and request delivery within the continental United States, your item will be delivered on Saturday.
    Chocolate Gifts - There are restrictions for shipping during warmer months.
     
    • Ice packs and heat sensitive packaging will be used where possible. Additional charges may apply.
    • No damage claims will be paid for packages left outside by UPS since UPS does not guarantee perishable goods.
    P O Boxes, Military Addresses (APO & FPO)- Sorry Chocolates can not be shipped to these addresses.
    (Check out our Care Package Line for gifts that can be shipped to military addresses.)
     
    Alaska & Hawaii - Chocolates can be shipped to these locations.
     
    • Additional Charges apply. Please be sure to select the correct charge under additional delivery charges

    • Please choose the refrigeration pack option to insure that your chocolates arrive in tact.

    Accurate Addresses - Please make sure the address you provide is correct. List apartment or suite numbers. Provide the business name if applicable. UPS charges an additional $20 for address corrections and rerouting after shipment.  Unfortunately we have to pass these charges on to you.
     
    Hospital Deliveries - Please include recipient's room number, and ensure before ordering that recipient is not scheduled for discharge within the window of delivery. In most cases it is better to send your gift once they return home or ask a family member to bring it to the hospital. In hospitals, shipped gifts go to a central receiving area and are then routed to the patient's room. UPS charges a $20 re-routing fee if your package is refused because the patient has been discharged or the package has to be delivered to a different address. We can not guarantee these deliveries. We offer a complete line of same day gifts that can be hand delivered to hospitals.
     
    Funeral Home Delivery & Time Sensitive Deliveries - Be sure that the delivery method you choose provides enough time for your order to arrive. Include the name of the funeral home and the deceased. UPS charges a $20 re-routing fee if your package has to be delivered to a different address and it will cause an additional delay in the time it takes for your order to arrive.
    How to Order for More than one Recipient Address
     
    1. Simply select the first candy gift or other item in this group that you would like to send. Now for your convenience you can order more than one gift basket and ship them to multiple addresses.
    2. Complete the shipping and message information for that recipient.
    3. Click Add to Cart at the bottom of the Page.
    4. Repeat the process for the each additional item/recipient.
    5. When you are ready to checkout, just leave the "Ship To Address" the same as your "Billing Address". Or, if you have selected another item from a different department that you would like to send to another address other than the billing address, just enter that shipping address during checkout. The system will calculate the shipping price for that item only. You can also add a gift message to the additional item during checkout by checking "Show gift options during checkout.
