The gift was a tremendous success. The person retiring is an avid golfer so there could not have been anything more appropriate for him. The sales person I talked with was extremely courteous and helpful. I requested personalization that was outside the norm (retirement years of service instead of a last name) for that gift but he worked with me to make sure that it came out great! And by expediting, the gift was here in plenty of time so I didn't have to fret.Thank You!
